WBL Meeting Room Reservation Request
Check the Meeting Room Calendar for room availability.
First time meeting room users must return a signed meeting room use form to the library Administration office when making the first room reservation.
- Arrange the room to meet your needs, but it must be returned to the original set-up.
- Neither the Library Board of Trustees nor Campbell County is responsible for accidents, injury or loss while using the meeting rooms. Organizations holding meetings assume responsibility for damage to room or contents.
- Failure to comply with all library policies will result in loss of meeting room privileges.
- A key will be issued for use of the meeting room during non-library hours. A $25.00 fee will be charged for keys that are not returned.
Submitting this request generates an email to our Administration office, it DOES NOT guarantee your reservation. We will contact you with confirmation of the reservation by email or telephone.
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
